L' essentiel Ving Tsun Kung Fu

"This is a style with a contact and we exercise it in manner that we always have the feedback of sparring partners, who hit back and moves (not static and do not freeze, in order to be done choreography).
Different parts of this kind of Ving Tsun training, directly develop the different attributes for fighting and attributes are:
1. Punching power.
2. Wu sau. (readiness).
3. Balance.
4. Strategy (tactics).
5. Timing and opportunity. (chance for attack).
6. Recovery. (correction of the mistakes).

The whole body must always function as ONE UNITE!!

"SLT - trains the stance and the elbow
